Experienced UX/UI Designer and Developer Required

I need a Web UI/UX Designer and developer who will design my landing page in a localized culture.

Currently, I have this https://bluebell.pk.

I need this to be updated. I need my landing so that I could show off my 3 main services that are

* Facilities Management

* Landscape

* eStore

And this landing page should be highly animated/video responsive and eye-catching. Everything should be real images. Its images should show our local culture of Pakistan.

Plus I don't want a scroller anywhere on this landing page. It should all these 3 at once.
