Get Flash template working

my webguy is not able to keep up with all my work so gave me this site to find support.
He has built my site, [url removed, login to view],
but did it with the nonflash veridon of the template above
Now need someone to use the flash version of the template and get the site working, we did add a couple of pictures we would like to include in the new template.

Already using the flash template. Only the top animated part of the template is flash the rest is html css. Thats how its supposed to be.
