Healthcare services and content

We are building a loyalty program for our parent brand, Zeno Health. The main objective of the program is to drive compliance to healthy behavior by incentivizing our customers with rewards (the rewards being free lab tests, healthcare products etc.) We would like for this website to be the customer's one stop shop to understand everything about our loyalty program. (How many points have they accrued, how to redeem, our service portfolio etc.) > Color Scheme: The background color of the website will be primarily a shade of white. The purple color used in the main logo will be the secondary color (this can be used for font and major design elements as well as accents). The other 4 colors in the logo can be plugged and played as you see fit. > Font: The primary font we would like to be used is Bariol. Secondary font can be used on a need basis (Has to be Sans Serif & Modern) > The Website will have the following sections: Before the website loads, the loading section should animate our logo to indicate "loading" function. The initial logo will be B&W or Grayscale, as the page loads the logo should get colored. 1. Header tabs - Logo, Home, Health Assessment, Book Health Expert Appointment, Book Lab Test Appointment, Healthcare Products, Upload button (Dropdown: 1. Prescription, 2. Medical Records), Login button (different color than the rest of the header), Blog 2. Login page with a section to login via mobile number & OTP alone. 3. Post login, a profile page will come up which will show the basic profile of the user - Name, Mobile No, DOB, Gender, Primary disease, Height, Weight, BMI, BP, reward points accrued so far, services available for the user based on reward points, reward points history 4. Homepage - with banner, a subsection that describes the service, 2nd subsection that describes what the customer needs to do to get reward points and how to redeem, 3rd section will have 4 cards - one for each service: Health Assessment, Healthcare products, Book Health Expert Appointment, Book Lab Test Appointment 5. Health Assessment - This page will contain a form with multiple sections, on submission of the page - a thank you page has to be triggered. Below the thank you message, there has to be a button to go "Back to Home Page". 6. Healthcare Products - Online store section selling our limited range of healthcare products. Need an "add to cart" button, "quantity" button with option to + and -, right under the product listing. Checkout page should take the address of the customer & phone number. Payment will be done via virtual currency, UPI & cash or a combination of three. Need integration with UPI Payment Gateway & option to pay partially with reward points and the rest to be paid at store via cash. 7. Book Health Expert Appointment - A simple form that will capture information related to booking with option for Google calendar sync. On submission, thank you page has to be triggered with option to go "Back to Home Page". 8. Book Lab Test Appointment - A simple form that will capture information related to booking with option for Google calendar sync 9. Blog: A general blog section with detailed view. Thumbnail image and headline in bold and mentioning time to read the document. 10. Footer: Social Media buttons, Sitemap, Terms & Conditions hyperlink, Contact us, All rights reserved.
