improve and re-design my ecommerce website

I have currently a woocommerce website. it has the Flatsome theme running from [login to view URL]
My ecommerce store is dropshipping. connected to plugin who uploads automatically all products. with global reach.
Looking at website i feel the theme is outdated and not very mobile friendly. also need to improve organic traffic.
I need somebody to make a perfect fashion ecommerce website. with excellent performance and with good SEO results and traffic.
also the product page design needs to be adjusted and the filtering section as well.
