InvestorMatch

The InvestorMatch Service will match real estate professionals, entrepreneurs, or property owners who find or own property investment opportunities, to Investors with money, and individual property scenarios. The service will obtain profiles for real estate professionals, investors, and property sellers in nearly every county and state in the United States.

There will be two types of matches on the site:

1. Profile match (entrepreneurs to investors)

2. Property match (match property development or remodeling opportunities to Investors with ability to fund them).

Site will have the following requirements:

1. Ability to enter in a profile (either as an investor, entreprenuer, or both)

2. Ability to match profiles (closest match) based on criteria chosen.

3. Ability to search based on attributes (ad-hoc searching) and display closest matches with "limited" information. Prompt for membership purchase to display "full" information (i.e. contact information).

4. Ability to showcase property deals which need development, remodeling, improvement, or funding and match to appropriate.

5. Membership base pricing, potentially with limited by time access or $ of returned records.
