Looking for web developer with Neto/Maropost experience for ongoing work

I'm looking for a developer to help with ongoing updates and maintenance of my website. I have a catalogue of around 10000 products and growing, so I want to make navigation around the site easier and more modern. This will involve creating a new template to list subcategories and may go more than one level down before the products are listed. Sidebar needs to be modified to display relevant options only, and I'd like to be able to have a slider or other banner content on these pages. The work must be done with SEO in mind, and contain all possible microdata.
This is ongoing work, however I would also be willing to agree to a set amount per job if desired.
