Need help with OS Commerce

We are a small business that sells art [url removed, login to view] store was built using OSCommerce,but we need to have it customized for a more professional [url removed, login to view] are some of our problems:
[url removed, login to view] main layout of storefront looks really unprofessional for an online art [url removed, login to view] are no boarders,or anything to make it look as professional like a good site like [url removed, login to view] or
[url removed, login to view]
Can this be done with OS commerce?
[url removed, login to view] you click on a thumbmail iage,it opens second window.....but the image is not [url removed, login to view] have to click on "Click to enlarge"...and even this in itselft opens up a 3rd [url removed, login to view] this be changed so that the iimage is automatically enlarged,and opens within the same window?
[url removed, login to view] to our web designer there is a limit of 20 items per page,so there are gaps in our store so therefore its easy for users that think that they have seen all our items,when infact there are more on the next [url removed, login to view] it true that there is a limit of 20 items per page?
[url removed, login to view] the "Show all products" looks really [url removed, login to view] images are all different sizes,and look very [url removed, login to view] this "Show all products" be removed,or at least customized to look decent?
5.Finally...when these things are done..how will it be uploaded to our store?Do we reinstall OS Commerce with the new changes?How does it work?
