Need website designer for social networking site

Posting for a friend: He needs someone to design a social networking site for him (just the design i.e. graphics, logo etc). He is looking for a style similar to: [login to view URL] The site will have about 5 pages (perhaps less). The other pages aren't really " different layouts" because it just needs the header (content page) so I don't expect to get charged for that. It will be a tableless, xhtml/css design. He wants to see samples of your work..preferably if you've designed a social networking site before. Please include how much you'll be charging. This is a fixed quote, not a pay per hour. Also, how long you'll take to design it. Don't use templates as he is a designer himself and recognizes all templates. Best bid, best quality starts work immediantly!! Thanks
