Shopping Cart: Paypal
Problem #1 – Flat shipping fix – When adding multiple items to the shopping cart, a flat shipping rate of $[url removed, login to view] is added per item instead of per order.
Problem #2 – Customer would like “Free Imprinting” added to both the site and be functional in the shopping cart. This will require revisions in PayPal and revisions in the customer experience on the site. Although the customer anticipates this to be a continuing promotion, he wants to option to remove this at a later date.
Problem #3 – The customer has another site ([url removed, login to view]) which is attached to the same paypal account. When the customer received an order email from [url removed, login to view], he received 2 emails; 1 detailing the order and the customer and 1 giving him notification that paypal has received a payment. With [url removed, login to view], the only email he is receiving is the notification that he received a payment. This is causing problems in getting detailed information about the customer.
