Fine Tune Docker [login to view URL] config, start migration of site to Laravel

The whole project is fairly involved, but I'm looking to just tweak my [login to view URL] config and also migrate parts of my existing project to Laravel. The container is almost configured the way I want it now, but probably needs some tweaking and ongoing development.

There are several components that I have already mostly setup.

1. [login to view URL] (Open Source DICOM server);

2. [login to view URL] (Docker Repo for Osimis, a partner that maintains the repo).

3. [login to view URL], older version of a RIS that I am developing for use with Orthanc. I texted user / pass to check that out.

4. My Docker has Orthanc, NGINX, MySQL, Postgrs, php-fpm, and additional tools in it, but needs to be tweaked a little for further development.

5. The Docker also has a Laravel version with a migration started from my old set and additional tools.

6. On first go around, just want to share the Docker and have you get it up and running, and then start working on the migration to Laravel. Best way would be for me to create a repo on GitHub. I need to also setup the db migrations and DB init scripts for the Docker.

7. Depending upon how things go this could become a longer term project.

I can probably get by just using NGINX without Apache also, but we'll see.
