WebPicID will check to see if you have the funds on deposit.
If funds are not available
THEN the a Message appears, please make a deposit of at least $??.
Report the Deposit
If the Funds are available then WebPicID debts your account and credits the WebPicID account.
Resubmit the Amazon Safe Purchase
WebPicID checks to see if the Member is over 18 years of age.
If NO then
WebPicID changes the recipient to the name and address of the Parent of the Minor Member.
When it is processed the tracking info and delivery date it sent to the Member by the Merchant.
Members can also shop at any other site.
They report a Safe Purchase and ask WebPicID to make the payment.
The Member can deposit cash at any WebPicID bank branch.
Bank of America , TDBank, or Wells Fargo
Resubmit the Safe purchase for payment.
Report the Safe Purchase, WebPicID provides a one time UserID and Password to [login to view URL]
This gives the Employee Member access [login to view URL] with corporate deals and shipping rates.
Alternatively go to any other vendor site
Shop and get a total sale amount.
Stay on the vendor site but do not make the payment.
Go to [login to view URL] and log on to [login to view URL]
LOG on
Report the Safe purchase to WebPicID and ask them to make the payment.
WebPicID checks to see if the Member has the funds on file to make the payment.
If no them WebPicID sends the Member a message asking them to make a deposit.
The Safe Purchase is canceled but the shopping cart is not affected.
The Member can make a payment and report the Safe Purchase again.
Log on to the vendor again or [login to view URL]
Report the Safe Purchase again
Answer the vendor security question, complete a Capticha, or other.
Once this is complete
WebPicID then checks to see if the funds are available.
If NO then
The Safe Purchase is canceled.
The Member is sent a Secure Message about the Safe Purchase cancellation and reason.
The Member is advised to make a payment and resubmit the Safe Purchase.
If YES then
The funds are debited from the Member’s WebPicID account.
The payment for the Safe Purchase is processed.
A Secure Message is sent to the Member and Parent verifying that the payment has been made.
An Secure Message with the invoice is sent to the Member confirming the Safe Purchase.
The Vendor sends the Member the shipping details and tracking information.
There is no charge for this service.
