I work in the lubricants business of a large oil and gas company. I am in a strategy group that supports sales to roughly 100 resellers. As a reference point an average reseller generates $34 million in revenue annually.
I would like to engage a freelancer to help a segment of these resellers in developing their individualized e-Commerce strategic plan. For this purpose e-Commerce is defined as “the enhancement of your customer’s experience and your profitability by placing customer facing processes into an integrated digital platform”.
Following discussions with you a final determination will be made as to the basis for payment, i.e. lump sum to engage with any or all of the resellers or the 2nd method of a fixed amount per reseller for whom a strategy is developed.
