One webpage, consisting of frames need to be reconstructed in order to make that page fully responsive and mobile friendly. All graphics need to stay as they are and the new page must look exactly the same as the existing one. I'm expecting one fully responsive html with one css file. The css file must not contain any unneeded declarations, so no frameworks or bootstrap please. The new site need to load as fast as ever possible, i.e it needs to be stripped down to a absolute minimum. The page i need to be reworked is: adultfriendfinder DOT biz (not com) Thanks for your offers :-)
