School District Tracking Code Implementation (similar to discount code)

We provide online video lessons and applications that allow students to learn how to play the instrument of their choice. Starting in September, we will allocate 50% of the revenue we generate back to the school district music budget and other music education organizations.
For this project, I need an expert web developer to implement the school district tracking process. I believe that I have designed a simple process that will allow the full system to be integrated and new codes to be easily generated. However, if you have implemented a similar process, I am open to suggestions.
This project needs to be completed in 1 week so that we can test the system before we launch it on September 1st. I will only consider freelancers with a significant number of high ratings. If you have implemented discount code systems before, please place a bid.
