We have a forum website where members often get into verbal battles. We want to try and resolve these disputes in a FAIR and LOGICAL manner, and entertain as well. We decided to add an area called "The Fight Club." Forum members can challenge each other to fight, but it is not a normal challenge of luck and dexterity. We want to do this differently.
When members fight, it is a debate of words. The argument is watched by a judge, who awards points for each statement. Fair and logical remarks get a 1. Poor arguments get a 0. The end result is not a total count, but a flow of 1 and 0 such as 110110001101010100011.
We want these values translated into the action of animated warriors. So if character A has 1100110, and the opposing warrior B has 010001... then this would translate to A strikes, block, block, block, A strikes, A strikes, B strikes. So the pattern is set in advance and the system plays out the battle. SO the user does not interact during the match.
The user should be able to choose a Warrior (3 male choices and 3 female choices) and also a weapon (sword, knife, axe). Matches do not always result is a kill. Kill comes only if winner scores high enough.
There is more detail, but htis is the main theme. Characters should be in Roman Gladiator style, but will consider other themes if the game is good. Fight should last 2-3 minutes each.
