We're building a POC for a home networking as a service concept. It's a startup effort backed by a company with $6B in annual revenues.
We will have technology that sits in a customer's home and replaces their default router. This capability will allow us to proactively notify customers of key events (low bandwidth and route cause / key device falls offline, etc.) and provide self-help or technician driven resolution.
We need help with the customer facing assets which will include:
- Weekly status email
- Messaging interface for customer engagement
- Customer portal / dashboard
Someone with UID skills and some content development experience would be the ideal candidate.
