i want to create a booking website for taxi travel and airport transfer bookings in the UK.

i need the website to use google maps geographical positioning and routes from post code to post code or POI to POI/post code to work out fares by mileage. it will need to create accounts to be able to take payment. from there it needs to send the customer a confirmation email for their booked travel. then needs to send out emails to registered taxi companies allowing them to bid on a job within a time frame. from there lowest bid or most suitable company recieves job confirmation with customer details.
