I use Rapidweaver, because it is easy to update and the templates are w3c compliant and the templates cut out much of the design hassle. I have customised a theme and it works for the most part, but I want it io be polished up by an expert.
The main players in the RW community seem to be tied up with a major upgrade and other projects, so maybe this an opportunity for you if you can work on my modified version of Simple theme to produce a lean mean set of CSS code that works cross browser, especially on IE for Windows?

Although the spec for the overall site looks extensive, if you read and analyse it carefully, basically stage 1 is a blog with bells and whistles. The priority is to get it up and runnng ASAP without too many whistles ie the two styles of page.
Stage 2, once the site is up and running, I want to add scripts to make it easier to run and to attract subscriptions, : to receive and then rotate photos on the front page, subscribe/submit links which go into a front end database table, and a means of auto uploading text into a blog page. but for now, scripts is a step`too far and I just want someone who knows what they are doing to make the basic CSS theme work across all browsers.
I look forward to hearing from you one way or the other, perhaps with an idea of a budget for stage 2 as well
