Virtual Assistant *All rounder* - Developer/Designer. WooCommerce, HTML, CSS, AWS + Great communication

We are a small Australia based business focused around custom motorcycle culture. We have a range of ecommerce stores as well as a large custom workshop in Melbourne. We are expanding our online offering and introducing a large range of online parts and virtual training facilities on a new platform that we would love to build with you! THE ROLE: We are building a small team of professional Wordpress Developers and Designers to help improve existing ecommerce websites, implementing new functionality and setting up new Wordpress sites. Ideally I'd like to start by employing an "All rounder" who has their head around all aspects of building and maintaining Wordpress websites. We will be asking for your advice on how we should implement functionality, so we are not looking for grunt work, but someone to be a part of the team and help us grow, together! We will offer bonuses to those that make a big impact on the project. We cant do this without you, so we will share the success! HOURS: 20 per week ongoing. If you have a broad range of skills, we will be able to offer you more hours. We will implement a paid trail for the first two weeks. SKILLS WE ARE LOOKING FOR: Web Server Management: - Knowledge of AWS products is a big plus - Ability to manage Lightsail instances - Site management via Plesk Data Cleansing & Web Scraping: - Formatting product data (excel) for bulk upload - Web Scraping or manually pulling data from supplier websites Design - and this is an absolute priority, you MUST have a good grasp of latest web trends and how to implement them: - CSS & HTML changes - Basic customisation of Wordpress plugins - Graphic Design (PS, AI, XD) SEO: - Implementing SEO best practices - Select relevant keywords for each site REQUIREMENTS: - Must be able to be online some time between 10am-9pm Melbourne, Australia time. - Excellent English speaking and writing is preferred - Must be able to do Zoom video meetings. We want to get to know you and understand how we can get the best results together - You must be able to work independently and use good initiative during times of minimal direction - You must have knowledge of or be willing to use Trello for project management - You must be looking for a long term role - We will set targets and bonuses.
