It appears that a 12 pages website is required based upon the given design. I understand that the PSD layout will be shared, whereas small changes in the layout can be expected. I understand that website needs to be responsive and should include SEO related tags for you. The document which you have shared, is not accessible though. I think, you will need to make it public.
