Iam looking for a designer in India to design the following site. The winning bid must have experience and a portfolio. All back end coding muct be current and meet industry standards and compliance.
I would like one quote for three phases.
Phase 1
Would be a one page place holder page that has a list of current projects, services, and contact info. The layout should be warm, inviting, and give an impression of excellence. It should have a page header graphic with the logo and a few images about each of our services: Event planning, virtual executive assistance and networking (perhaps people shaking hands). I would like the entire site to be created in something like Joomla so non technical people can easily update the site. I need a clear response on this point.
Phase 2
This phase would see the website be comparable in size to www.urbanstay.in.
Information about industry and company for which we need to build website
It is a virtual outsourcing business that focuses on back office processing, virtual assistance and event planning.

Are you looking at hosting service too? If not does your hosting provider support application installation? Does it run on Linux, Apache and support PHP and MySQL

What in e-commerce requirement? Need more details on that
I would like customers to be able to order and pay online for their services. I would like them to fill out a form with their contact data and I would like the data to be easily added to my outlook email database
