A web/smart phone app is needed to support the work of a non-profit organization aiming to make leadership the best that it can possibly be in our lifetime. Leadership matters wherever it exists for the good or ill of people. All too often, one or a few in power calling themselves leaders, have been at the center of degradation, harm, and failings that negatively affect people.
An ongoing effort at the institute is the exploration and study of leadership failure. As observed throughout the world, leadership is being degraded, experiencing harm, failing and fails with increasing risks. The same has contributed to the loss of blood, treasure and the right living of people globally (e.g., war related deaths and expenditures, scandals that damage organizations, and too many other harms to people). Billions of dollars being spent on management and leadership interventions in America, of the tens of billions spent globally; leadership failures are many. Leadership confidence is low, as spending and development increases.
As part of a strategy to intervene in the harm caused on many by failed leaders for human progress, a web/smart phone application is required where people particularly teenagers (minors with parental consent) can come for coaching, mentoring, or counseling with the issues of life called:
"Personal Pocket Coach" (PPC)
