Project description
The main aim of this project is to build a web application for the small startup real estate company.
Purpose
1. the purpose of the website is to enable the customers(renters) to be able to choose their preferred apartment and apply for rent (Or contact the management for that apartment)
2. The management approves the apartment.
3. The customer can call the rent management from the website.
4. The customer can pay and get a confirmation receipt.
5. If the apartment is occupied, the website should not list or the existing list should be deleted or disabled

Available apartments
About us
Contact us
If in the future additional menu items needed, non-technical person should be able to add.
Preferred technology:
1. Database: Postgres
2. FrontEnd: Angular2(The latest version is Angular 15), ReactJS or Other popular JS versions.
3. Backend: Flask(Preferred) or Springboot works. Node JS and Golang(Buffalo framework) also works.
4. We try to avoid PhP base frameworks like Wordpress or Jumla but the developer can present their proposal and if we believe that using Wordpress reduce our maintenance cost, we will accept.

The only difference is that we rent our apartment, houses and offices. It is not a platform.
Roles:
Admin- for creating apartment listing and write their description.
Superadmins – admin + adding/creating/deleting admins.
Renters- can log in and apply for rental apartment/office/house.
Preferred color: Blue
The backend dashboard should show list of apartments, the name of the renters, and other basic information that if the renter is caught up with all the payments. The admins should be able change rental price do some basic analysis.
