xhtml coder freealnce / part time

Hi We need a regular xhtml / css coder as a member of staff has just left us after several years. Either freelance or 4 hours per day guaranteed 5 days a week - could be Wednesday to Sunday, or Monday to Friday - or any five days. We create very clean - accessible code and the right candidate will need to: Get code to validate on w3c Use li for navigation Be semantically correct Not use tables And follow other modern web standards issues.
