Zendesk API re-design

Looking for someone to help re-design and implement ZENDESK integration - must have prior experience with ZENDESK

Ours is currently very bland and we would like it to be more user friendly.

I simply want to reformat the Zendesk FAQ page and make it more user friendly. Nothing crazy and nothing out of the ordinary.

I have enclosed two images:

I don't want to replicate anyone else's page. I simply added ours and one other as an example.
