Two things are probably broken here, not one: the password itself, and wp_mail — if your host blocks PHP mail or an SMTP plugin lost its credentials, the reset link will silently fail no matter how many times you click it, so I'd fix the login first and then tell you which of those is killing your email. In phpMyAdmin the fix is a single UPDATE on wp_users setting user_pass to MD5('newpassword') — WordPress recognises the old MD5 format and silently re-hashes it properly on your first login — and while I'm in there I'd confirm your wp_usermeta capabilities row still says administrator with the right table prefix, since a corrupted one locks you out even with a valid password. I'd also check the siteurl/home values and whether a security plugin has your IP in a lockout table. I'll send you the exact SQL to paste in yourself so nothing happens on your database without you seeing it, plus a short note of exactly what changed for your audit trail.
