Website editor function

Sorry for my english... Im designing websites to different companys. Some customers want to update/change the text and pictures on their sites. I create 10 to 20 website templates ->> my customer choose one ->> I create a new site with the template with the customers picturs and info-text he/her want to have on the website ->> after that I publish the new site on the server and the customer have a new site for he/hers company. I WOULD LIKE HELP WITH: I need 10 or 20 website templates... (I design) - You create a admin-site so the customer can login and change text/pictures online (new page/sitelink is not requried). - Photogallery scrpit is good to if you can do that (or use a free one and integreted with your admin-site.) Im not so good to create soo advanced scripts for change a website. - Show me what you can do and I will do buisness with you.
