I will supply detailed drawings and dimensions; your task is to cut, form, and weld the components so they arrive ready for assembly on-site. The specific welding process is flexible—whether you prefer MIG, TIG, or traditional stick, I only care that the finished parts meet the strength and tolerance requirements in the prints. Materials will be carbon steel with the occasional stainless insert. All edges need to be deburred and any visible seams dressed for a clean, professional look. Dimensional accuracy is critical: ±0.5 mm across mating surfaces and hole patterns must line up perfectly with our jigs. I will organise freight, so please package each piece individually to avoid transit damage and label them to match the drawing numbers.
