Windows Logon Utility Project

This multi-user, password-based access control utility enhances and complements the Windows built-in logon and authentication system. It's fully configurable. You can use this utility to restrict system access to certain users, optionally controlling the days of the week and the time of day that a user is allowed to log on and use the system. You can define temporary users that expire after a number of logins or when the system reaches a date limit. This will also keep a log of and track all users who log in to the system. This includes failed logon attempts. Deliverables: 1. All software in complete working order. This includes both executable(s) and source code for all work done on this project. 2. An installation package that will install the project software, keeping in mind any constraints specified in the project regarding operating system or database constraints, etc. 3. Complete ownership and distribution copyrights to all work purchased. this should be a dos based utility and should execute before windows 98 login screen comes over. U got to suggest the technology.. i prefere c/c++/VB payment released only when the dummy application suits our requirement. bids without dummy application will not be considered.
