We are looking for a person dedicated to training and supporting customers using Google for Business and the integrated Apps and services that make up the Business Technology solution.
You will play an important role delivering on our unique support service level agreement that begins with a live North American based rep cheerfully answering the phone within three rings!
You should be…
-Excited to work directly with clients (we are!) and have a proactive, cheerful approach to customer service.
-Reliable and an effective time manager and for sure a great communicator on the phone and in writing.
-An advanced business, social Web/App and software user (or even a developer).
-A problem solver who is interested in learning new things and sharing info, best practices and features.
-Familiar to expert in Google Apps, business applications like MS Office, CRM’s, the social web, mobility (ios, Android and BB), Chrome, Windows XP/7/8, other mail systems like Exchange, Notes and stuff like DNS, LDAP, networking, eDiscovery or document management.
able to thrive in an environment where taking the initiative and self-motivation are valued.
