Need software app coded - Keyword research app

I need a software app coded, that will run on Windows OS. From XP-7. The app will search Clickbank for user-inputted criteria, and then search google for certain criteria. I can't describe the exact process out in the open. But please let me know if you have experience with these type of apps, and if I feel you may be the right coder, I will explain in detail what I need the app to do. The above is basically what it does although. Of course there needs to be an option to save the keywords, etc. I'm also thinking it may need proxy support, just an option for the user to load in their proxies via a txt file. Since the app will be performing a number of searches for different products in google. Please let me know if you have any questions. I'm aware that no licensing is un-crackable, but I'd like to integrate something good. I want to issue each buyer a license/registration number that can only be used on one computer. If possible I'd like the app to check the license each time the app starts up, automatically. I will bonus the coder $75 for adding in this licensing. After the project is complete.
