Good day, I am a server expert with 10 years of experence with HP/DELL/IBM servers and RAID controllers as well as Windows storage technologies. I can surely help you remotely / give instructions about extending the RAID in case you have mirroring deployed, and already have new disks. In most simple case, if mirroring is set in windows, you will need to switch second disk to new one, boot windows as usual, recreate mirror in computer management and wait for mirror to syncronize. Then, shutdown windows, install next disk and boot from new plex, extend mirror and run sync again. Hardware RAIDs usually have ability and windows software that will allow you to manage volumes and extend it on the fly, in this case actions will be similar, but much easier, if your disks are hot swap. I will need information about server hardware, your new disks parameters and how disk are configured to ensure compatibility and prepeare safe plan. It may incude data backup for additional precaution. It may take hour-two for all actions. I don't expect sync for a 146 Gb will take longer. I can start work at scheduled time or we can start work right now. Thank you!

Hi I would like to assist you. 1. Make sure you have a bigger hardrive then the 146 gig, use software Ghost. 2. Ghost the drive 3. it will still have the raid signature and the other drive format and let the raid rebuild. I can assist you with it.
