I have one physical server running windows server 2012 R2, the same server is also running two virtual machines using hyper-v. In the same lan we have 3 computers. We also installed Microsoft exchange 2010 and configured active directory creating a local domain (LAN domain) so those 3 computers can connect and have email accounts. We created 3 users email accounts + 1 meeting room account at exchange. We need to do this:
1. Properly configure windows server and all the required services (active directory + IIS + exchange), so clients can send / receive emails to and from each other, and be able to select the meeting room so the meeting can be correctly scheduled.
2. Generate and configure Exchange self-signed certificate so users can only send / receive emails with certificate (not credentials = username / password). The certificate should work with ActiveSync and OWA.
3. One of the client accounts should be configured to be able to access the resources of the room account (specifically the calendar), to be able to get that calendar information.
Everything should work in the LAN only, not exposed to Internet.
