Testers/ non-testers invited to beta test our Open Source hosted call center software product inside out to get it ready for stable release to the open source community. Tests to be performed: - Functional testing - Performance testing - Web/ Web 2.0 compliance - standard form/ field valid/invalid value check, error messages - Stress test - 200 user simulation - Common standards of Web/ Web 2.0 application compliance - Manual and automated testing Bugs to be reported in online bug tracker with detail bug report and screenshot (or screen capture video), and steps to reproduce. Please provide details of your relevant experience and a proposal of how you would complete the project. The project is of 3 iterations. (You submit 1st bug report (No less than 20 new bugs)...Bugs are fixed and new version is released for test...You submit 2nd bug report (No less than 15 new bugs)...Bugs are fixed and new version is released for test...again you release 3rd bug report (No less than 10 new bugs)) Each iterations can not be longer than 2 days. 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.
2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables):
a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment.
b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request.
3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement).
