I have a opensource project that works fine on UNIXy platforms and Windows, but packaging it on Windows is kind of a pain. It needs GTK, see [login to view URL] for instructions on how to use it on Windows. The current setup is here and has to be run in msys2: [login to view URL] The problems with this are: * The resulting image is way too big, weighting in at about 3GB. It should be smaller than 150MB compressed. * It's clunky to use due to only producing a zip file, something installer-ish would be nice * It should create a desktop/startup menu entry and register itself for editing text files * It should package the Cantarell font along with it, which is the default font.
