Windows 10 Desktop PC boots successfully but gets stuck at the Windows Boot Manager screen. USB devices such as keyboard and mouse are not active and therefore user can't select the Windows option required to boot Windows. See attached photo of the Windows Boot Manager screen. Due to current COVID-19 situation getting face-to-face support for the issue is challenging. Looking for someone who has a solution to get Windows or command point working with the keyboard so that troubleshooting of the real issue can be completed. Thank you.

I can try to fix the problem. Because there is couple solution to solve this and we must go together with every solution. I cannot connect to your PC remotely because you are stuck in windows boot phase.
