Finish Building My Wix Website

Hello, I am an HR Consultant / Trainer.

I have 25 years of experience in various businesses and I am preparing to start a new business. How exciting! Yes! However, I am stuck on the website build. :( That's where you may come in!

RogueHR is about Leadership Training. But not just your everyday leadership training.

I am currently conducting grass-roots research and collecting ‘real stories from real people’ about their first-hand, real-life work experiences. (Unfortunately, many of those have been less-than-ideal work experiences about bad bosses, toxic workplace culture, micromanagers, harassment, poor training, lack of support, etc.….but I believe we can learn from them). These first-hand accounts will be the basis of leadership training.

In addition to telling the world about Rogue HR, selling leadership training, booking me for speaking engagements, I'd like to have a way for people to send their 'story/testimony/experience' in from the website (but that's just one 'thing' the website needs to do).

Currently the website is just THERE. It needs to showcase the excitement of this business. I want to travel around and be a conference speaker and conduct leadership training (virtually and in-person).

With the Great Resignation upon us, it is time for leaders to learn to lead better. Everyone that has shared their 'story' shares it with enthusiasm at the thought it could change the future. (Please note, I will not be sharing names or company names in the training). Through our collective experiences, I will create leadership lessons and learnings. Through my own experiences as a HR Professional, I saw so much and I knew there had to be more to learn, so this RogueHR concept was born. The trainings will be 1-hour, ½ day, and a series of Leadership Trainings. Who knows, this could even turn in to a short podcast or book!! [login to view URL] is out there (it is NOT good) It doesn't even speak to training currently. So, it needs to be overhauled, I placed it there so I could at least start talking about it. But I am stuck and cannot move forward with my business until the website is completed. I need to order business cards and push out the business so I can reach a larger audience to start soliciting more content and stories and start to create my trainings. This is so exciting!!

What I am looking for in the website partner:

Someone who will understand my vision (The website has 2 ‘themes’ 1-Sell Leadership Training and 2-continue to collect these ‘stories/experiences’ from people)

Someone who is dependable and interested in completing this project (I’m super excited about this work and think it has the opportunity to make a true impact on people (who doesn’t have a workplace story they’d like to share, this is a way we can help ‘flip the script’ so people can learn from each other and ‘do better’)

Someone who has a sense of knowledge of what should/shouldn’t be included on a solid website (I do not have this knowledge currently – I’m a human resources / training person and don’t really know marketing / IT)

Someone who will be timely with their work (Deliver what you say you will deliver when you will deliver it, let’s communicate – I’m flexible) and

Someone who is available soon (I would like to have the website completed in the next month, if not sooner ?)
