237250 wp theme - static site convert

I need someone to convert the design from a psd into a wordpress theme. The theme needs to based on a starting theme I have, which is the default wordpress theme but with a couple of very small changes. The static site has a text menu top and bottom and the new theme will need to support options for a page template with a sidebar and without. The basic starter theme I'll supply has the php code to do this but just needs the html and CSS changing. Nice quick job for a wordpress theme expert.
