I have a few form designs I need to implement into my wordpress site. I purchased gravity forms plugin in order to manage/make the forms and I need a guy who can connect it with my designs and make it work.

I want three forms built

Then I would like you to help me make sure they are all working as one is going in the sidebar and one will be embedding in a slider area.

Then I would like you to help me make sure the permalinks are set to be SEO friendly and transition to the actual domain from the test domain.
