What is my site?
I created a Word Press site to take a user through a questionnaire. The site has 29 pages, each with a question or information for the user about the questionnaire. There 12 questions, with simple “yes” or “no” responses. The “yes” or “no” responses are simply links to the next applicable question in the questionnaire.
What do I want?
I want to generate a report that shows a user his or her responses to the questions. I want to display the report on a page. I want the user to be able to print the report. I want the user to be able to email a simple text file of the report to a designated email address (not the user’s email address because I never ask for the user’s email address). I want the text file to be formatted so that if the user opened it with Microsoft Word, it will be displayed in a clear and readable form. The user merely needs to select print and the report will be printed by Word in a clear and readable form.
What I tried to do
I installed a plug-in called “Custom Tables” to add a table with a goal of recording the user’s responses and display them as a table on a page. However, I could not figure out how to modify records in the table using HTML.
How can you help?
I would like help as soon as possible. You do not need to use the Custom Tables plug-in if you have a better approach. We can meet by GotoMeeting or Mikogo. I would like you to have good communication skills in order to discuss my problem and to answer questions I may have about your solution.
