I need a wordpress plugin building or an exisiting plugin modifying which allows a form to be linked to a specific post in the same way comments relate to a post.
Example:
Product A Post
At the base there is an info request form which I can decide on fields. Main form at base of post and quick form i.e. just name/email/phone at side in sidebar.
Once form has been filled in copy needs to be sent to myself and product A seller's email.
Need ability to customise the email the seller receives i.e. no ip address info just basic form info.
