We are starting an online business website hosted on WordPress. Currently using Tidio on WordPress.
We are looking for someone who can setup complete solutions for the following requirement
Require a unified interface for linking customer support, Order updates, and other chatbot communications via :
website - WordPress/Woocommerce
The flow is to be designed in a way that achieves the following requirements
Customer Queries via predefined Q/A - For Website, Instagram, FB, and Whatsapp
Raising customer complaint tickets which will be handled by the customer service person - Via Email
Sending out order updates via multiple channels - For order acceptance, shipping/tracking, and sending product installation guides with WhatsApp and emails.
