Build of simple Wordpress site (4 templates)

I require someone to integrate 4 PSD files into Wordpress and setup the website fully.
All content should be content managed and the final development should match the designs.
Just a few additional comments:
1. Homepage - The Google map should use the entire space - rather than blocked as per the design.
2. Meet the Team - Wordpres should be setup to allow to add/remove team members easily.
3. Services page - clicking each service will show the text on the right hand side.
4. Who we are - very simple content page.
