Create a NFT trading cards website

I'm looking to launch NFT trading cards. I originally wanted to build on ETH. Gas is so high. So I was looking at Binance smart chain or wax as alternatives. If ETH is preferred I can always port it over to Matic. I have all the cards and artwork. We want to sell them in packs of 5. The cards have provable rarity. And the cards you get should be random other than the guaranteed rarity card. We also will want someone to help us launch the contract and help us set this up on our website.
