That is going to be quite a long group of select options to choose from. May I suggest breaking it down a little so its not so overwhelming to the user? There is an import tool that can map csv data to the products. I think that might be the best route to take considering you already have a spread sheet set up. That would accomplish your goal, but still ... Im worried about how that would work on the front end from a user perspective ...
