Hello I am looking for a full time assistant. I will find the right person by seeing how you do my projects. I have chosen 6 mini projects that will allow me to assess your ability in a number of areas. I have not provided a lot of detail because a) I expect to discuss them with you – that is how I will evaluate our ability to communicate and collaborate. B) I want to see you take some initiative. You are an intelligent, problem solving person who pays attention to detail. You are inexperienced but want to do a wide range of things and self learn and be mentored – in other words you can use google and stackoverflow to work out how to do things. You keep your promises.
