I copy and paste one issue - I also need help with the cart calculations showing when you apply a coupon outer code.
Here is the other issue:
The site hasn't been duplicated, so [login to view URL] and [login to view URL] are pointing to the same directory, which means if you use any of the two domain to access the site you basically see the same thing. What we did was we add the [login to view URL] domain, updated the configuration files, and changed the main links on the site itself. If a customer registers on [login to view URL] then that person will be able to log in on [login to view URL] because they are sharing the same directory and database.
The reason for pointing both domains to the same site is mainly to give you time to correct the wrong links. During migration I removed the [login to view URL] domain and the website lost functionality because there are hard coded links still exist, and as my colleague said in previous message [login to view URL] links are still in use in these directories:
We changed many of the links because otherwise the site would be broken, and that was our responsibility as part of the migration process; the main goal was to change the site's domain. If you are still finding parts of the site still using the old URL such as PDF documents or documentation, I would engage with your developer to rectify these.
