Help to update some Wordpress tables

Job Description:
Hello,
I have a Woocommerce site with lot of products.
Products are imported without categories.
So what i need is to be able to link products to products categories in the database.
I have checked a bit, and found it is necessary to update the table 'term_relationships'
No problem to import data in this table.
And i can see the category associated to the product when i edit the product from backoffice.
But for some reason, i cannot see the product when i visit the category page on frontend.
If i edit the product and save it without any change, it works.
So maybe it is a problem of cache somewhere. I need your expertise to find a solution to link products and categories from database.
(also i have noticed that table 'termmeta' need to be updated with meta_key = 'product_count_product_cat, but i don't think this is the problem).
