Make modifications to existing Wordpress plugin

Hello, I need the following things accomplished
- Add menu item to Wordpress under events called Primary Category
- Create Event Category to be exactly like Primary Category for Products.
Whatever tag is added to the Event Category list, access
[login to view URL] to populate counts
Use Search Text Variable with the tag <SearchText>*Tag*</SearchText>
Display/Update counts just like Primary Category for Products
- Press save and it will populate event Primary Category Counts
- If the "Import" option is pressed again, keep those tags and update primary Category Counts
- Change the number of records to display on the front end from 2 - 5.
- On front end Add pagination at the top. (Same as what is on the bottom)
- Mark Plugin as 1.0.1 on plugin listing of [login to view URL]
- Modify CSS to fit the theme.
Can you handle this type of a task? If so, this might lead to full time work.
