Marketing manager to help CEO - open to bidding

Hey there , Vyshakh this side. I run a start up ( Its a sales and marketing automation platform /CRM product ) in india which also has its base in dubai . I have a content marketing team of three writers, one web designer intern and just hired a graphic designer to create infographics . I have good of content marketing , but it becomes difficlut for me to guide them all the time since have my own responsibilities as a founder . Tools i use : I am using wordpress for blogs . i use YOAST SEO I just bought the JUPITER theme from theme forest , will be roling out a new product landing page soon . I use SUMO for webfroms I am planning to use ACTIVECAMPAIGN for keeping subscriber list and sending them autoresponder emails ( will be using our own product after feb ) . I am thinking i will push one good content a week to the subcribers . I dont have many subscribers yet . I have access to ENVATO digital assets . I am using Hootsuit to schedule the twitter , linkedin , facebook accounts . ( its not showing any results as of yet ) I have got JETPACK in WORDPRESS. I am also paying for likedin premium account ( If that informataion helps ) . My expectation from you is to guide and help me for a while to setup the plan and right strategies in place .
